Once your glass rock candy has dried and been broken down to the right size, you can set aside.

Mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Add in a tiny bit of blue food coloring (I did 1 toothpick dip of blue) and a lot of red (about 4 toothpick dips). Play until you get a color and consistency you like!

Take your Oreos and dip them in the melted white chocolate until completely covered. Make sure to get double stuffed so you can stick a toothpick between for easy dipping. If toothpicks aren't working for you, lay them on a cookie dryer sheet and pour chocolate over the top, flip and repeat.

While white chocolate is hardening, take the glass rock candy and arrange them on the cookie.

Get a 1/4 teaspoon and splatter or pour red frosting to your desire. This is the fun part!

Allow to fully dry and enjoy!
