In a food processor, blend almonds, coconut, flax seeds, and chia seeds into coarse meal.
Add dates, lemon juice, pinch of salt, and almond milk. Process until mixture forms a dough that can easily hold together when pinched between your fingers.
Roll into small 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll balls into additional coconut flakes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
