Date Caramel Sauce

  • 16 Mejool dates
  • Boiling water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Maple Syrup
  • 3/4-1 cup milk

Just pit 16 mejool dates and soak them in boiling water for 10 mins. Drain and pop those dates in a blender with a pinch of sea salt, a dash of vanilla, a drizzle of maple syrup and between 3/4-1 cup milk of choice. Blend until smooth and add more milk until you reach the desired consistency!
