Step 1: Bentonite Clay Detox (Arm + Feet)
The injection site is where toxins concentrate — and the feet are a major detox pathway.
- Mix 1 tbsp bentonite clay with 2 tbsp filtered water or ACV
- Apply a thin layer to the injection site and the bottoms of the feet
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes, then rinse off
Step 2: Epsom Salt Bath
Magnesium helps calm the nervous system and flush out toxins through the skin.
- Add 1–2 cups Epsom salt to a warm bath
- Soak for 20+ minutes
- Drink water after to stay hydrated
