Detox Ideas (Balm, Bath, Massage, Tea)

Step 1: Bentonite Clay Detox (Arm + Feet)
The injection site is where toxins concentrate — and the feet are a major detox pathway.

  • Mix 1 tbsp bentonite clay with 2 tbsp filtered water or ACV
  • Apply a thin layer to the injection site and the bottoms of the feet
  • Let sit for 10–15 minutes, then rinse off

Step 2: Epsom Salt Bath
Magnesium helps calm the nervous system and flush out toxins through the skin.

  • Add 1–2 cups Epsom salt to a warm bath
  • Soak for 20+ minutes
  • Drink water after to stay hydrated
    (Use just ½ cup for babies/toddlers and keep bath shorter)

Step 3: Gentle Movement + Lymph Massage
