Elderberry helps with immune support, cold and flu relief, antiviral properties, nutrient-rich, heart healthy anti-inflammatory, digestive health, skin health, natural antioxidants, & shortens duration and severity of the flu.
- 1 cup dried elderberry to 3 cups water
- Add cloves and
- Cinnamon sticks
- Add Fresh ginger (or powdered ginger)
- Cook on low until liquid is reduced to half
- Drain and smash the berries to get the most out of it.
- Pour in clean jar
- Add raw honey
Shake it up and store for 3 weeks . Tbsp a day to prevent sick and Tbsp 1-2 hours when sick.
