Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry helps with immune support, cold and flu relief, antiviral properties, nutrient-rich, heart healthy anti-inflammatory, digestive health, skin health, natural antioxidants, & shortens duration and severity of the flu.

  • 1 cup dried elderberry to 3 cups water
  • Add cloves and
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Add Fresh ginger (or powdered ginger)
  • Cook on low until liquid is reduced to half
  • Drain and smash the berries to get the most out of it.
  • Pour in clean jar
  • Add raw honey

Shake it up and store for 3 weeks . Tbsp a day to prevent sick and Tbsp 1-2 hours when sick.
