Homemade Alfredo Sauce Mix

  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 Tbs arrowroot or cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Mix everything together in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
  2. To make Alfredo sauce, whisk in the alfredo mix with 1 quart heavy cream, 4 cloves of garlic crushed or 4-5 tsp of minced garlic, and 4-6 oz White American cheese (optional).
  3. Pour over 1 lbs of pasta. Add shrimp or chicken.
