- 1 cup corn flour (not cornmeal)
- 1/2 cup flaxmeal
- Heaping Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups water
Spread onto parchment paper baking sheet and 350 to crisp (15 minutes). Flake it up and bake at 250 for 10-15 minutes. Add freeze-dried strawberries.
I’d want to try to add some sourdough discard in it!
