Homemade Corn Flakes

  • 1 cup corn flour (not cornmeal)
  • 1/2 cup flaxmeal
  • Heaping Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Spread onto parchment paper baking sheet and 350 to crisp (15 minutes). Flake it up and bake at 250 for 10-15 minutes. Add freeze-dried strawberries.

I’d want to try to add some sourdough discard in it!
