I’ve tried adding less or more salt, forgetting the oil, less and more flour. And this recipe is exactly the best ratio!

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1/3 cup salt
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• food coloring

• 65 g plain flour
• 100 g sugar
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 3 tsp bicarb soda
