Oregano Avocado Oil

Antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, cancer fighting oil, strep infection—better than pills, stubborn sinus infection, arthritis, yeast infection, premature aging, wrinkles

  • Take equal parts dried oregano and avocado oil in jar. Boil a pot of water and turn off heat. Place jar in hot water pot for 10-15 minutes. Remove jar and let it sit on windowsill for 1-2 weeks. Shake jar once a day for proper infusion. After designated time, strain mixture and transfer to amber dropper bottles.

Dosage: During an active infection, take one dropper three times a day. Avoid long-term usage due to its potency. Instead, use it as a preventative measure when illnesses are circulating.

*Oregano oil is hot! Remember to take it with ice-cold water for a soothing effect

For kids: diluting 1:3 ratio with coconut oil. Test on own skin then gently apply to the bottom of their feet, chest, back, or around the ears for ear infections. Always perform a patch test and observe any reactions.

  1. Leave the jar loosely capped in a cool, dark place. Turn it every day to coat the cloves. “Burp” the jar once a day to release built-up gases.

  • Half of a pineapple
  • 1 root of ginger
  • 2 small roots of turmeric
  • 3 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Juice from 5 lemons

Blend  all ingredients and freeze into convenient cubes. Store in freezer.

Dosage: Melt 1 cube with 8 oz of hot water and add a touch of honey. Drink once a day for prevention or up to 3 times a day when sick.

Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry helps with immune support, cold and flu relief, antiviral properties, nutrient-rich, heart healthy anti-inflammatory, digestive health, skin health, natural antioxidants, & shortens duration and severity of the flu.

  • 1 cup dried elderberry to 3 cups water
  • Add cloves and
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Add Fresh ginger (or powdered ginger)
  • Cook on low until liquid is reduced to half
  • Drain and smash the berries to get the most out of it.
  • Pour in clean jar
  • Add raw honey

Shake it up and store for 3 weeks . Tbsp a day to prevent sick and Tbsp 1-2 hours when sick.
